Emergency Services

24 / 7 emergency response for residential and commercial HVAC. When the furnace quits at five below — or the AC dies in a July heat wave — you get a human and a truck, not a voicemail.

How we respond

Real dispatch. Real techs. Fast trucks.

Emergency response is a system, not a phone number. Ours is built on an on-call rotation out of our Birginal Drive shop in Bensenville and trucks already stocked for the most common failures.

Priority response window

Maintenance customers get a contracted response time and go to the front of the queue. No contract? We still come — just behind the contract holders.

A person, not a voicemail

Calls reach a real person — even at 3 a.m. on a holiday. We triage, page the on-call tech, and stay with you until a truck is rolling.

Stocked trucks

Common-failure parts onboard — ignitors, contactors, capacitors, motors, belts, common refrigerants, control boards. Fewer second trips for the same call.

No-heat calls come first

A dead furnace in an Illinois cold snap is a safety problem, not an inconvenience — frozen pipes follow fast. No-heat calls jump the line in winter, no-cooling calls in a heat advisory.

Temporary heating/cooling

Equipment rentals when repair time exceeds your tolerance — portable heat, spot coolers, and temporary air handling delivered and set.

Post-event reporting

For commercial customers, within 24 hours of any emergency call: root cause, parts replaced, labor hours, recommended follow-up. The paper trail your insurer and ownership need.

Why Comfort Indoor Solutions for emergencies

The cavalry, not a callback.

Anyone can advertise "24/7 service." Few actually staff it. Even fewer have the parts on the truck, the institutional knowledge of your home or building, and the relationships to expedite a part from a supplier at 11 p.m. on a Friday.

Trucks roll out of our Birginal Drive shop across Bensenville and Chicago's western and northwest suburbs, so help is rarely far. Maintenance customers get priority — the contract is the queue. And after nearly five decades in this market, odds are good we've worked on your system before.

  • A real person on the line, never a dead-end answering service
  • On-call technician roster covering Chicago's western and northwest suburbs
  • Common-failure parts on every truck
  • No-heat calls prioritized in winter — it's a safety issue
  • Temporary equipment when repair time exceeds tolerance
  • Post-event reporting for commercial accounts
